Turn interest into a complete enquiry.
For specialist B2B firms that sell through individual quotes. I review the path from first interest to submitted enquiry so the conversation starts with the information needed to prepare a quote.
Fix the path to the enquiry, not just the page.
A polished website is not enough when buyers cannot understand the scope, verify the proof or provide the information your team needs. The work follows three practical stages.
- Map the buyer's decision path — I define the buyer, the decision they need to make and the information required for a quote. Then I review the offer, proof, contact path and handoff.
- Set and implement the repair scope — You receive a written, prioritised scope. We change only the pages, copy, form or handoff elements that block understanding, trust or a complete enquiry.
- Check whether the path works better — We agree what a complete enquiry means for your business and measure the share of enquiries containing those details and the time to the first useful response.
Scope and quote after review
The initial enquiry is free of commitment. After verification, you receive a written scope and quote. I do not promise a specific number of leads or search positions.
Two operational signals, defined before changes begin.
The baseline and definition are agreed first. This keeps the review tied to your sales process rather than vanity metrics.
- Enquiry completeness — The share of submitted enquiries that contain the information your team has defined as necessary to qualify the request and prepare a quote.
- Time to a useful response — The time between submission and the first response that moves the request forward, rather than only asking for basic missing information.
What the agreed scope can include
- Buyer, decision and quote-data definition
- Map of the path from entry page to submitted enquiry
- Review of offer clarity, proof and objections
- Prioritised written repair scope
- Page, copy and enquiry-form changes agreed in scope
- Email or CRM handoff without losing submitted context
- Measurement plan for completeness and response time
- Before-and-after review using the same definitions
Use a focused service when the bottleneck is already known.
Focused technical and content services remain available. The scope, exclusions and quote are confirmed after reviewing what you need.

What to know before the initial review
- Does this guarantee more leads?
- No. The work removes identified friction and measures enquiry completeness and response time. Demand, traffic, rankings and the number of leads depend on factors outside the website, so I do not guarantee them.
- Will the whole website need to be rebuilt?
- Not necessarily. The review is designed to identify the smallest useful repair scope. A rebuild is proposed only when the current structure cannot support the required path.
- Can I enquire if I do not have a website yet?
- Yes. The website address is optional. Describe the offer, market and how enquiries are handled today, and I can scope the path from the beginning.
- What happens after I submit the form?
- I review the information and reply by email with clarifying questions or a proposed next step. You receive a written scope and quote before making any commitment.
Start with the path your next buyer actually has to follow.
Initial enquiry without commitment. Scope and price are confirmed only after review.
